Herd Wisdom

Ground your body. Quiet your mind. Connect with the herd.

Do you ever find yourself feeling like love and belonging are things that need to be earned, rather than believing you’re worthy of connection just as you are? 💞

Our society increasingly assigns value based on productivity and output. But horses are wonderful teachers who remind us that true connection takes root not through trying, but through being.

One of the most profound things Carolyn Resnick discovered when observing natural horse behavior was how much time they spend simply sharing each other’s company. No agenda, no pressure, no demands. To develop a deeper relationship with horses and ourselves, we must meet them in this space of zero expectations.

Herd Wisdom is an intimate workshop designed to help you step out of your analytical mind and into authentic presence.

Through gentle yoga, intentional mindfulness, and honest reflection, we will explore how it feels to show up fully, just the way we are.

To keep this experience intimate for both humans and the herd, this workshop is strictly limited to 10 participants. Relax and unwind in a small, supportive group

Ground your body. Quiet your mind. Connect with the herd. Join us for an intimate workshop of gentle movement, reflection, and connection. Learn from the herd as authentic partners in presence. No horse or yoga experience required.

What to Expect

  • Opening Circle (15 min): Arrive fully and share intentions for the session. Learn about horse body language and feel empowered to share space with the herd.

  • Gentle Yoga (60 min): This workshop uses accessible chair-based and standing yoga only to ensure comfort and safety with the horses. You’ll be guided in a safe, supportive environment by a certified professional. No prior yoga or horse experience is required, just an openness to connect.

  • Meditation & Journaling (45 min): Settle into a quiet, focused headspace. We will practice tools for "Sharing Territory,” a natural horse ritual of simply existing in the same space with the herd with no agenda, no demands, and nothing to accomplish. You'll have space to observe the horses’ natural interactions, journal, and reflect on how your presence influences your relationships.

  • Closing Circle (30 min): Share takeaways and integrate the experience with the herd.
